Root Startup Animation Stuck

DABERGER - CAM03983.jpg I have a rooted LG Optimus F6 (MS500) and I installed the Carbon Fiber background with the Android logo from Rom Toolbox Lite, re-booted my phone, and now it is stuck on the boot animation when it powers up. It just continuously plays the animation over and over. Can anyone help me please? I'm pretty new to the whole rooting thing.... Thank you sooo much!!!

I need to know a couple of things so you can get the best solution possible for your current situation.
First, have you installed a custom recovery like twrp or clockworkmod? If you have installed a custom recovery, which one are you using?
Finally have you flashed any of the roms available here on android forums and if so which one. The solution to your problem depends on these variables.
 
Thank you for your reply! And again, I'm really new to messing with all of this and I'm pretty sure I screwed myself! For the custom recovery I chose twrp. I don't know if it matters or not, but I did it in the app (ROM Toolbox Lite) on the phone. I have no idea how to access it or anything. I know now I shouldn't have messed with any of it. I haven't flashed any roms from here either. I can email you a video/clip of what its doing if that helps.. ???

Nah that's ok. Are you saying that you got the boot animation from Rom toolbox or are you saying that you also installed twrp with Rom toolbox?
I'm asking because the only version of twrp that is compatible with the f6 is only available here on android forums and nowhere else.

Yes I got the boot and twrp Rom Toolbox.

Yeah the page you found is safe, that is GameTheory's site he's a developer on here if you didn't know. Firmware 12b is actually the one you want anyway. Your f6 is the metropcs version right? If it's tmobile the procedure is the same but different firmware file is needed.
 
Try doing the steps in this order.
1 2 3 4 6 7 8 9 5 10
You can also try them in this order.
1 2 3 4 6 9 7 8 5 10
Steps 5 through 9 can be tried in any order.
The main thing is just don't press "launch software update" until you have done all the other steps.
