how do i move apps to internal memory? i'm out of space on the phone but have 500MB of internal memory. it's a pain.

Hi and welcome! Maybe this generic answer may help you to get a bit more space for the moment:
Go to settings / application manager / downloaded and check each app. Clear cache, and move app to internal memory if possible.
You could also consider storing some files elsewhere, like in Dropbox.
