Help Stuck on Sony Ericsson logo...

Hi there people ! Happy Holidays

I have a problem with my Xperia Play. It is stuck on the Sony Ericsson logo and won't go past it.

Any help please?

Try taking the battery out for a couple of minutes and then restart it. If that doesn't help download the PC Companion from the Sony Ericsson website and try the Repair Phone option on it.

I've done the repair through the PC companion. Still not working.

What happens is that the Sony Ericsson writing comes and then goes away and then comes back and goes away. It kind of loops.

And sometimes it just stays on the Sony Ericsson writing.

Sorry I didn't reply yesterday but if even the Repair on PC companion did not help my only advice at this point is to contact your local Sony Ericsson service center for a possible Repair/evaluation option.

This will be my 2nd time sending the phone off to Sony Ericsson !

Sorry to hear that you sent it once already . One thing, when and if you send it again make sure you do tell them that you did send it once before and for the same issue.

the best way to overcome this problem is to download Sony Ericsson Update Service and take your phone back to it's primary status.
