Root SU request hangs

I've a rooted hero running SenseROM 2.1.

If I start the superuser permissions app directly or via apps which make a root permissions request (titanium backup, some of the screenshot applications) the SU request program hangs with a plain black screen. It doesn't even respond to a force-close request from the "program has stopped responding" dialog.

any suggestions?

How long do you wait? Sometimes it can be several seconds before the "allow/deny" buttons appear.

Have you got USB debugging enabled? The SU app needs that or it just hangs.

You can find it in Settings >> Applications >> Development

setiap q mo root xperia q selalu gagal usb debugg nya udah di centang, tapi pas di klik tombol root nunggu bentar pasti kluar notif "Failed to get shell root , please use the services of our professional root ! "mohon infonya
