Root Support MIUI Screen Caps

As my post history implies, I take A LOT of screen caps. Previously done on ADB with no problems and no root. Jumped over to MIUI. The screen caps done by pressing the volume key and menu button look like garbage when I open them up on my computer. No prob, I figure I'll just do ADB. Or not...they look terrible and washed out, colors are all garbled. Thoughts? Apps? REALLY not digging being able to do them off SDK.

I use the Screenshot app that's free on the market--at least the version 1.5 before they implemented the ads... It seems ok to me. But you seem to have a much more discerning eye for images than I do so ymmv. :)

Oh and btw, it saves as png by default, but you can change to jpg if you want.

LOL - the problem with MIUI's caps I believe is based in the fact that they're jpegs - which makes no durn sense to me. I did try out that app a little earlier and it is just fine. Just wish sdk worked, but I get MIUI, so who gives a hoot :) Thanks for posting back

Weird, the menu volume down screenshots look just fine for me.

Yeah, mine look fine too. I'm even using a weird wallpaper:

It happened with bright, saturated gradients. No biggie, the app suggested above saves them as .png's, which generally save better in my experience. If there was a way to save the MIUI one as a .png...but really, I'm just REALLY nitpicky :)
