Swapping RAM on rooted phone (android 4.0.4)

Hello, I wanted to swap some RAM to my SD Card, I've been trying to use Swapper for Root app. However when I run it does not see my extended partition and places the swap file on the fat32 partition (where I keep media) even though I have the extended one I created before. Naturally this does not increase my RAM. The extended partition is almost 2Gb and is working as it's partly used by link2sd to link some of my files but there's still plenty of space I might not ever need for linkage. Is it just link2sd and swapper cannot coexist on the same extended partition? If so would I have create one more for the RAM swapper?
