Sync question

Evening,

I just posted a thread on the Wildfire S sub forum but realised I'm probabably asking a more general question.

My wife has a wildfire s which, because of a limited data allowance, has any sync'ing features turned off. Is there a way of setting the phone up to sync only when on the home wireless network so that the calander and gmail can be sent to the phone automatically?

Typically we prefer that duplicate threads are not created as they tend to make it more difficult to people to find what they need. Though yours is only one thread imagine if each of the 400,000 AF members did this...
