Root [T-Mobile] GS4 freezes often? HELP!

my galaxy s4 freezes completely around twice daily. The screen stays black, and even though i touch the home button or the power button, nothing responds, so I have to hold the power button and turn it off. and then turn it on again. can anyone help? or do i call t mobile and exchange my galaxy s4?

Have you tried doing a factory reset yet to see if that solves the issue?

Yes i did. and by the way. I used to LOVE Avatar: The Last Airbender when it was on TV.

Are you on rooted stock ROM? Which recovery?

Yesterday, i was on stock with root and TWRP on MDL. today, im on MDL non-rooted with stock recovery. I went back to complete stock to see if it fixed the problem. and it didnt. the phone still freezes. It was frozen when i woke up. I pressed the power button, the home button and no response. so, i held the power button and it turned off. then, i turned it on again. I don't know whats going on. i didnt have that problem before.

If you're still having the problem on stock I think I would get a warranty replacement.
