Root [T-Mobile] Rooting on US Cellular. (I know this is the T mobile root forum, please read on)

I chose to post here because it looks pretty active. I posted in the US cellular root forum this morning and was wondering why I got no responses. Then I looked closer. The forums has 15 posts total and no activity for quite a while. The sticky post with all the root info has no roms, no kernels, etc. It just looks like no-one at all has developed anything at all. Is this because other carrier's roms work for US Cellular phones? I'm interested in rooting to save battery life and have more control over the phone.

Well if you give me a copy of your rom i could work off tgat for cellular phones if your able to do it
