Root [T-Mobile] What is this image?

This image I hope you can see (a lego like blue block with question symbols) appears in imbedded videos or graphics on sites. Is there a missing update or adobe flash I need?

I have Adobe reader installed, and flash doesn't seem available.

I noticed I might have Adobe flash, I attached a screenshot of it.

What I don't know is why isn't it titled adobe flash on my phone as opposed to Adobe flash?http://imageshack.us/a/img845/5620/screenshot2013030221561.png
