I purchased the Milestone from expansys.ca, expecting it would work on the Canadian carriers frequencies.
So far it works great; expect I got no 3G , only EVDO (because my carrier is Rogers).
If I understand correctly, the Milestone hardware is the same for Europe and America, BUT the baseband firmware is where it makes the difference. Since it is firmware, it can be changed J
