Given this whole forum is multinational, and the majority of our members are American I was wondering what my American cousins (and any one else out there) are feeling about this. Here in the UK I believe it may have started a backlash against uncaring indifference, and not before time.
I am 46, a manual worker with a young family. My daughter started secondary (junior high) school today, Thursday. I am not ashamed to say these photos made me cry:
