time/mileage/expense tracking for consultant

hey forum,

i recently got a gig doing some independent consulting work and i was hoping to find an app to make the transition easier. it would be ideal if i can find something that will accomplish all of the following within one app:

1. punch-in/punch out time clock
2. ability to manually enter hours when i forget to punch-in/punch-out
3. ability to enter expenses to be reimbursed
4. gps tracking of mileage traveled with bluetooth activation
5. pop-up screen on phone when bluetooth activates app to ask if trip is for business or pleasure
6. ability to email data out of phone

is this too much to ask?! thank you in advance for your help.

I'm looking for the same thing, so far I have to use 2 apps. The 2 I use are Trip Master and Time Recording
