Root Titanium Update issue?

Anyone else having issued Titanium updating? My update manager always shows Titanium as "downloading update - 0% complete". It never progresses. I did uninstall Titanuim and re-install. It seemed to re-install fine, but it still has the constant download. Is this just how Titanium works? Or is there something funny going on?

Tap that message and it goes back to market - press install again and it seems to go away from what I remember.
