Sure! It's under Widgets and it's called "Power Control".

I have a question about the Power Control widget. I switched back to the HTC toggle widgets because there is definitely a Mobile Data toggle widget.

The button that looks like arrows spinning in a circle apparently turns syncing on and off. Is this equivalent to turning Mobile Data on and off?

I did not think so. Okay, I guess I will stick with the HTC Mobile Data toggle widget then.

I do not really need the button on the Power Control widget that handles the screen brightness anyway. I set the brightness to automatic in the settings.
