Root Tons of ROM's, where are the kernals?

So looking through all these posts, I've found tons of links to different ROM's, but hardly any links to different kernals. There are few links in McLovlein13's ROM FAQ, but that's about it.

I'm thinking of trying newtoroot's Inc 2 HD. My phone is Sense 2.1, from what I've read I think I'll need a new kernal, correct? His post on themikmik mentions a new kernal, is it included in the download in the post?

I believe it is included in the ROM, and built for that ROM in specific. So no need for another.
If you must, there are some kernels over at XDA in the DInc2 Dev section.
