Apps transfer file using bluetooth in android application

Hello,
I am developing an application to send file from an android phone to any other device which having Bluetooth.I am able to find devices but not able to pair some devices and send files for all devices.

Can any body help me to send file from android mobile using Bluetooth programmatically.
