Help Triumph sleep mode issues and high awake times

Ive found out that for some strange reason my motorola triumph will randomly stop going into sleep mode. And when this happens my awake time starts to go up drastically.

When my phone sleeps I get about 5-7 hours of use per every 10% of battery.

However when its not sleeping I get only about an hour per every 10% of battery.

Does anyone know what causes the phone to stop sleeping?
Ive read its the calendar, but i killed that and it still wont sleep.

Problem was ma phone would not wake up from sleep had to do a hard reset daily I returned it to best buy for a refund too many problems
