So this is a place for my questions, answeres. Themes, tweaks, animations etc. Dont like the idea of making Multiple threads and confuse people.

So on CTMod's thread I posted a preview of the bootanimation i made for him. But due to, to much information (to many whites) the pngs were big.
The full version is about 24 mb and includes a intro. If someone can optimize it please be my guest. I tried but only shaved off 1 mb.

Questions:
1. How is the quick notification added into the rom?
2. Is there a way to port the sense Quick settings tab?
3. How do you edit the XML's in the android apk's?
4. How do you make a flashable zip?

Once i know how to do 4 i can release lots of themes.
