Root Uh Oh, Need some help--Won't boot

So,

I was on the Stock ICS OTA from Verizon. I rooted, and got S-Off. Everything was working fine. Installed Titanium, and got everything working fine (enough, apparently) and decided I would do some more tweaking. Restarted into Recovery, did the install, but now, I can't get past the 4G screen of the boot up. No problem, I figured, I made a nandroid when I rooted and s-off. Well, apparently I either did not, or, it is gone.

What is the best/only way to get back to the ISC I was running. I just don't want to lose root or S-Off and Superuser so I can restore the Titanium backup. Then everything will be back to normal.

Anyone, please help.

sounds like your best bet may be to simply flash a new rom in recovery. if youre still s-on,make sure you fastboot boot your recovery to make the flashing easier(more info on that here: http://androidforums.com/rezound-all-things-root/587430-s-want-flash-roms-read.html)

assuming you were on build number 3.14.605.12(indicated by hboot 2.25.0000) then you can try this rom to get you back up and running: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1769941

if you were on the "world phone" update 4.03.605.2(inidcated by hboot 2.27.0000) then you could use this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1835422

also, make sure you do not try and restore system apps and data with titanium backup. on the same rom,it may work out,but can lead to lots of issues otherwise, using it across different roms. the safest way to use titanium backup is to ONLY backup/restore user apps, and their associated data.
