Update question

Can someone please tell me if Android 6 is available for my Galaxy Tab S 10.5? My phone (Samsung Galaxy S6) just updated and I thought that because they're both Samsung Galaxy XXX that they would both update at the same time. So are tablets so different? Just curious, more than salivating for the update. Thanks for any info.

Both of my co-workers have the Sprint Note 4 and got the update a couple of weeks ago.
