Update through Kies

Is anyone else getting a rather large update? Or have you yet? I'm in Japan and using the SCL22 and today I plugged it in, and it said there was a firmware update. what it says is:
"Current firmware version: PDA:MIA / PHONE:MIA / CSC:MIA(KDI)
Latest firmware version: PDA:ML1 / PHONE:ML1 / CSC:ML1(KDI)"
It's been downloading for about 45 minutes and just now is beginning to decompress files.
Can anyone tell me what this is?

It could be the Stability Update I saw referenced on techarenaindia but that shouldn't take that long to load. It was only 28MB.
