Is this possible yet? Are we getting closer?

I wasn't anticipating ICE Cream to be coming out so soon and I don't believe that there will be an OTA for the Thunderbolt being that they can't get 2.3 working correctly for it.

Use revolutionary to root ICS Roms wont be around for a while but they will be around sooner than any OTA from HTC that brings ICS (if that comes)

Found it. Now Reading. This rooting method seems a lot more difficult then it did with my Eris.

Revolutionary is actually easier than the prior rooting method for the bolt. The old 1 click methods that used to be available wont work

So this works even after I did the latest OTA before they pulled it?
Also where do I find the HTC windows drivers? The one I found downloads sync.
Same question for that su zip file.
    Thanks
