Help usb mass storage

with my optimus s i can not get into mass storage mode, the screen doesnt automatically pop up, ive tryed usb debugging on and off, ive also tryed to put the sd card into a sd card reader and hooking it to multiple pcs still nothing cant transfer files anymore ?

You say you have tried putting the sd card into a reader and it still will not read? or will not write? Have you tried another card in the phone to see if it will work?

Can you go to disk management on your windows computer and see if it is showing the sd card? either in the phone or reader?
