Using PDANet for Samsung Galaxy y for free or not? Are there any additional charges? If yes, then how to use USB tethering device to get connection from the internet cable connection?

Pda net app has two versions.
free version and paid version.
free version restricts https websites like Facebook.
And yes pda net does not charge any additional charges.
