Root V9 remove update prompt?

I have to leave v9 on my moms phone so that she can have roaming only option for at home. Is there a way so she doesn't get prompted to update? since she did it when it popped up last time and Fixing it was hell last time.

edit the build.prop and change the firmware, copy and paste from the update.

Which line in the build.prop do I change? I changed ro.build.version.lge=LS855ZV9 to VC if not how do I get the info I'm suppose to copy and paste? Its still prompting to install, or do I need to delete the downloaded file so it thinks its already updated.

its somewhere in cache. Not sure what the file name is called. Someone else might

ro.build.version.incremental=ZVC.47a93468
ro.build.description=lge_bproj-user 2.3.4 GRJ22 ZVC.47a93468 release-keys
ro.build.fingerprint=sprint/lge_bproj/LS855:2.3.4/GRJ22/ZVC.47a93468:user/release-keys

Monster's right, it's in /cache. Mine was named 1ed02d813765.LS855ZV9_VC_Inc.zip, yours might not be the same.
