Root [Verizon] Revert to total stock?

I got bored over the weekend and root and romed my S3. I didn't like the roms I got so I wanted to go back to stock. Problem is I forgot to do a backup of the stock firmware before flashing. Is there a way to get back to true stock? I have flashed stock firmware back on the phone, but when I try to get the VZW update, it fails.

Check youtube. A guy there has a tutorial and links to stock build. Haven't tried it....but noticed it last night.

Thank you for your help, but I figured it out. I stupidly flashed a rooted stock ROM instead of the true factory ROM and that is why the updates always failed. Oh well, live and learn.

I used the instructions from Section 6 of this thread. Worked fine and accepted VRLG7 OTA after I was finished with no problems. Be sure to download the 1st one (VRALF2) as the 2nd one listed says 'rooted'

Yeah, that is were I went wrong. I found the one that was rooted, but it didn't say that in the file name.
