Ok, first, I have NO intention of staying on a Stock ROM. I love my Sourcery, won't give it up. However:

Now for the question: The posts about returning to stock, are all command prompt based. I can't plug my phone in. At all. I have the 4.2.2 Stock image from Droid Life saved on my PC. So...How can I go about getting my phone back to that state, without the use of a computer to do anything to my phone?
At this point, I'm still hoping the warranty it, instead of insurance. And assuming they do, I do have a few days I'll be able to do this before needing to send mine back. So I'm trying to figure out how to do all this beforehand. Many thanks in advance!

My phone last night, fried the charging port. Not sure why, not sure how. But as of now, I have battery power only. I cannot connect the phone to a computer, or charger. It basically starts smoking if I try. So, I called tech, as I have the extended warranty + Insurance. Normally, physical damage is not covered under the Mfr warranty, and would require an insurance claim. But after sending the tech the picture of the half-melted port and charred end of the Verizon Micro USB cable that it was plugged into, he's going to check with his supervisor about replacing it under warranty anyway, since there was no other damage to the cord or anything that would've/should've caused the phone to do this.
Now, if they replace it under warranty, I would like to return this sucker to stock before sending it back. Because if I send it back, and they want to be a pain and say that my ROM must've caused it by the kernel not working right or some dumb thing, then they're going to charge me $300 as a replacement fee. I asked if I would just be charged the $99 for an insurance fee since I have that too, and apparently, that doesn't work. I just don't have the extra hundred bucks at the moment to replace the phone via insurance to avoid the headache. Worst case, they replace it, I get dinged when i send mine back. Sucks, whatever.
