Help video and audio outof sync?

hi guys only have my sensation a few days happy with phone bar one problem ive come accross, when watching videos via youtube stock app or via www. the play back of video & audio seems way out of sync. i have put a few avi's, mp4 videos on too and can see lag on them too.
just wondering if anyone else suffers same issues or an advice.

I also have this issue, can't wait to root this phone. Hopefully this will resolve this issue
