Help Video Settings? [SOLVED]

Can someone tell me what are the preferred video settings for the Galaxy Y please? Stuff such as bitrate, fps, etc.

Nevermind, by sending them through the Kies program it automatically converts for me. Another alternative I used was these settings with a video converter:

Video:
Format: MPEG-4
FPS: 24
Bitrate: 760 kbit/s
Width: 320
Height: 240

Audio:
Format: AAC
Sample rate: 48000 KHz
Channels: Stereo
Bitrate: 128 kbps

It's good quality and sound is nice.
