Help Virus? Excessive data usage

Hi,

I have a rooted Samsung Galaxy S3. The last two months I noticed a sudden spike in data usage over 2 gb. I installed a data usage tracker and have frozen and uninstalled (Titanium Backup) the programs. However, each day another program starts doing the same thing using data.
In order the frozen uninstalled apps are:
wssyncmlnps
USBsettings
TCPDumpservice
Knox Notification manager
Com.sec.nox.eventsmanager
enterprise sim pin service
tetheringautomation
and now
RiiNotifier

Any ideas on what this is? I've also frozen google play services and update service.

No idea what that is, but I will tell you what I do to minimize data use. I turned off automatic app updates in Google Play Store. I keep data turned off unless I am going to use it at which time I turn it on. And finally, I use NoRoot Firewall to control which apps can use data, which have to use only Wi-Fi and which shouldn't use either.

I have google play store not on automatic updates already. I just installed NoRoot firewall. Nice find! Thanks!
