Apps Wait in a Double for loop

Alright, so this seems pretty simplistic, but I need to "pause" a double for loop, until for example, a dialog box has been closed by clicking "okay".

More specifically, I have a double for loop that will print out data, and I need to be able to, as the loops roll, input the number that I want at that specific place. If you're not sure how to do this, what about inputing an arrayList of numbers in a row? any ideas? thanks!

This EULA example will wait for you to click accept before your code will continue executing -- you should be able to alter it for your program. Call eula.showEula() to invoke it from within your loop.
