Help Weather app doesn't know where I am?

I had a 2 hour drive yesterday, and I guess it pulled the weather update about an hour into my drive for the current location. Well it still thinks I'm there, even today, and even after I restarted the phone. I also have gone to menu > update, but it just updates the weather, not the location. GPS is also turned on. This is not the first time it has done this, and there is no possible way I'm anywhere near that city for it to be confused...

Anyone else have this problem? Solutions?

I think the htc widgets are a bit hokie when it comes to tracking your location. I had it running side-by-side with the weather channel and weather bug. They both recognize your current location much better so it's not the phone or android.

just had the same issue myself i was like WTF but i kept syncing the weather like 5x in a row and finally it switched to my real current location.

Weather app is broken. Buy beautiful widgets or weather bug elite they work fantastically.

But gps weather update is massive battery drain BTW.

whats a drain beautiful widgets app or the hTC app or both are a drain? whats the best weather app htc or not with the least battery drain?
