so like pretty much all of you i'm unhappy with my continuum. my biggest issue is that it's apparent it's going to be stuck on 2.1 forever, and i feel like if we were to get an update it would've been here by now.
i bought mine in june when i signed up for a new 2 year contract. what i want to know is, how many hoops is verizon gonna make me jump through in order to get a new phone? Since the push notification screen only works sporadically and the phone freezes every other day i'm pretty sure i could just return it since it's still under warranty, but i have no interest in getting a refurbished continuum in exchange. i want something new altogether, preferably something running 2.3 with the possibility of being updated to ICS in the next 6 months or so.
I've never returned a phone before, so can anyone with experience in dealing with verizon fill me in on what they're going to say and how bad they're going to try to screw me over? i just feel like they should cut us all a break, since they weren't upfront about the lack of support for this device at all.
