What do you use your EVO for?

Where do I start, other then make calls:
1) Slingplayer to watch my Red Sox where ever I'am
2) Pandora to stream music to my bluetooth headset
3) Gmail ummm to read email
4) Evernote to keep those fun facts in one place
5) GPS I stink at sense of direction
6) Facebook to keep in touch with family in other states
7) Weather Channel I love the animated radar
8) Qik to take video of grandkids and post directly to Facebook
9) eBuddy to chat with family and friends
10) PDANet to tether to my MacBook Pro
11) Orb to stream videos, pics, mp3 to the phone
I think thats good enough..

What don't I use it for?

-GPS and google Nav rocks.
-Pandora was awesome before Froyo screwed it over.
-The 4.3" screen is awesome for watching shows and movies on. I watch them at the gym on machines that allow for it.
-The music player (mixzing) and 10 gb's of music are awesome and used all the time.
-Good for phone calls.
-Great for texting with Swiftkey keyboard.
-Updates on news, sports, etc...
-Use of multiple apps for all kinds of things every day. Games, Shopping, Calculator, gas prices, restaurant recommendations, etc...
-Lightning Bug for surf sounds to put me to sleep at night.
-Alarm clock in morning to wake me up.
-Flashlight at night for heading up stairs to go to bed (everyone else is asleep).
-Browse internet and have access to info whenever you need it.

I absolutly LOVE this phone. From here out I'll stick with whatever phone is Android, has a 4.3" screen, good service plan, and fair cost. For now that is the EVO on Sprint's network. :)

I use mine for music, movies, forums, and I also run my Private Investigative service from my EVO. With all the call recording software and video camera software it comes in very handy. Plus I have the mobile hotspot feature activated so when I am out on surveillance, I have internet no matter where I am. I love my EVO. Let's see what HTC will have in storew for us by the end of the year.

I have two of them and I smash them together to crack walnuts. :)

Seriously, though, I use it the same as I've used any other smartphone - phone and internet. Nice thing about the EVO is the much larger screen so it's much easier to use web-content and the speed - not just 4G but the processing of content, which used to drag forever on my ancient Blackberry.

Mostly I used my Evo as a media player.

I also use the phone on a regular basis as a:

1. GPS device.

2. Information (Looking for nearby restaurants etc, wondering what song is playing on ther radio, out of the blue questions that won't leave my mind, research, etc.)

3. gaming device (I'm addicted to WSOP :D)

4. Networking

5. Weather

6. TV (Sprint TV, TV.com and You Tube)

7. News

OMG, I rely on my Evo more than I thought! :D
