So next thing is? Lol

Does rom manager let me download and use new roms? Or is there more work involved in it?

have you not read the thread that is titled pretty much the same as this

people really shouldnt just root if they dont know why they are doing it.
the faq should shed some light on what you can do

DONT USE ROM MANAGER FOR ANYTHING, YOUR ASKING FOR TROUBLE, you can do everthing from recovery.
