What phone should I buy out of these?

Motorola Atrix is good and cheap and its dual-core. Dual-core will offer a significant speed increase the single core phones you are thinking of getting. And its in you're budget!
Or the Sony xperia U which is also dual-core But I haven't Had any experience with it.
