Root what settings/data will I lose?

About to bite the bullet and flash the AuraxTsense ROM (I think anyway!)
What data/apps/settings will I lose?
What can I keep (and how do I keep them?)
I have a nandroid & Ti Backup, SD card is backed up to PC. APN settings saved with PAN backup.
I don't want to loose contacts.
Apps I can restore from appbrain if I need to.

You can try just flashing it without a wipe and see what happens but you'll likely need to wipe the phone and start again so you'll lose everything. So before flashing I'd either backup contacts to Outlook or sync contacts with your Gmail account or use a backup app from the Market

Back up your contacts with Gmail, all your apps can be downloaded again if necessary from the market, you will not have to pay for them again, they are registered to your account not the phone. I think its always best to wipe before a flash, it simply minimizes the risk.

Thinking about it who cares if I loose any settings....? I only need to keep my contacts the rest is replaceable...
