Help When making calls the other person can hear themselves coming back!

Whenever I use the phone call option on the phone I can hear everything fine but the person on the other always complains that they can hear themselves coming back to themselves about a second later.

After much fiddling ive worked out its the noise cancellation option - which when I deactivate it removes this annoyance.

The only problem is I cant find any option anywhere just to switch it off. As you can only turn it off when someone calls and not as a global option!

Any ideas guys?

I have experienced "echo", but it is usually on my end, (the caller) and only with poor coverage and never with the SG2 as of yet.

Is there more than one person complaining?

It has been every call since ive had the phone!

I tried ignoring them thinking it was a one off but EVERY person has complained that they can hear themselves coming back.

Once ive answered the call then deactivate the noise cancellation it comes good but i cant find any setting to turn the noise cancellation off ALL THE TIME.
