Help Where to download gingerbread update

Hi everyone. I'm finally getting round to updating my desire to 2.3 but I can't seem to find the file I need .All of the guides I can find say to download a 161 mb file from the htc developer site.
I'm looking at the downloads page at the development centre but there is only 2.2 and 2.1 for desire. I'm very confused can someone help?

HTC, in their wisdom, seem to have removed it in the last few days.

I couldn't find the file on the "dev-site" also. So thank you Hadron for the download link! It's not easy to find this file in the www right now.

Did this Shipped ROM work on the desire? It says it's for the Bravo?

Just checking before I make the leap.

"Bravo" is HTC's internal name for the Desire (GSM).

Do not download anything from the "desire" index at that site, as that is a different device!

Just FYI the update is still on HTC's developer site.

If you go to HTCdev - HTC Kernel Source Code and Binaries it'll show you some search filters. Just change the Android version filter to 2.3 and then select the "Other" button below the drop down boxes and click "Find files", it'll show you the RUU update for 2.3 for the Desire (161mb), in fact, that'll be the only download that appears in the list.
