Where to get MiUi KI3 Rom?

MIUI ROM for KI3
I flash NDT MIUI GINGER 2.3.7 MULTILANG SUPPORT V4.1 and my phone is "dead"
Does it mean I can falsh KI3 ROM only?
 
That is an MIUI rom. It is not based on samsung firmware so the usual samsung firmware codes do not apply to it. In other words there is no such thing as an MIUI KI3 rom.
If you have an international SGS2 (I9100) you should be able to flash any version of firmware meant for it, not just KI3.
 
Yes you can flash any rom meant for the I9100.
Did you do a full wipe before flashing? (data, cache, dalvik cache)
 
Here is what I would do.
Download the rom zip file on my PC.
Place the zip file on my phone memory.
Reboot in CWM.
Wipe data/factory reset.
Wipe cache partition.
Wipe Dalvik Cache.
Install zip from sdcard.
Choose the rom zip file and flash.
Once completed reboot the phone.
First boot can take a bit longer than normal.
If you get bootloop for longer than 5 mins then something is wrong.
Repeat the process again from wiping.
If you are still experiencing problems then re-download the zip file and try again.
If after all this if you are still getting problems try a new rom.
