Root Which ROM?

I have a rooted Esteem and was curious as to what would be the latest greatest best all around ROM to install on her.

I use HDMI, one of the reasons I haven't used the earlier ones.

*Edit: Something is wonky with my bluetooth, doesn't really work, messes up the phone when on. I was thinking that installing a ROM would solve this issue.

Gingersteam Extreme is what most guys use for that phone... look in the all things root section. I cant tell you anything about your bluetooth issue... maybe one of the more experienced guy can chime in on that.
