Hi. I have a Blu Studio 5.0 phone. At work the wifi bars are blue but at home it is gray. I have tried turning off and turning on the router, airplane mode on my phone and nothing works. How is it that at work I don't have this problem? How do I fix it?

Could your home router be set to use wifi a c only (rather than b g n which you phone supports and which is used at work)? Do other devices work at home?

Sounds like it's not connecting at home. Are your username and password correct? Go to settings, wifi, and check if it's connecting.

It does connect. I'm still able to go on the internet but I realize that I get my WhatsApp messages late and no more app notifications unless I'm at work

    Hi

If it is connecting at all at home, the a c issue is not the problem. What exactly does not work at home?

My messages come in late and I no longer get notifications from my apps. I realize that when I turn off the router and turn it on back the bars are blue then in a split second it turns back gray.

Try Going into your device Network settings and clearing the current home router Wi-Fi information from the device and then reboot your device. After the device has powered back on re-entry the Wi-Fi information back in its proper place with the correct password in the WiFi network settings in the device. After that turn on the device airplane mode with the device Wifi network enabled, then go to your device browser or Google store to see if you're getting a good Wi-Fi feed from your home router. Hope just helps....
