WIFI problem

I don't know if this is in the right place but here's my problem.

I've connected my WIFI to my home wireless internet and went on to my browser. Afterwards i noticed i still lost credit from being on the internet.

I figure if im using my home internet i shouldn't be paying. Am i doing something wrong?
