Sure, that card will work just fine. Although Unless you need MEGA amounts of storage, I suggest only going with a 16mb card. It will save you some bucks, plus I have a 16 and I have 800 mp3's, 1800 pictures from my home album, AND i'm rooted so ALL 220 apps are on the card (except widgets). I STILL have 8mb left! Plus 700kb left on the phone's storage. It's up to you, but yes, that card will work.
Mine's a class 4. From what I've read, you won't notice much of a difference with a higher class. I just installed SD-Booster since I have so many apps, and it really speeds up the phone nicely.
Apparantly, 16GB is a lot of space. My ipod also has 16 and it holds the same mp3's and photos! (it's mirrored with the Triumph).
