Two questions from a technophobe!

I have a couple of questions, hope that's ok.

1.) I can't seem to see how to add numbers to speed dial.

2.) Where is says FAVOURITES on the home screen, I can't see how to add contacts.

You have to go to contacts, there are the favourites.

Whenever I try to add a contact, it says 'match not found'.

To add a speed dial:

Press Phone -> Menu -> Speed Dial -> Add New

Then select contact and number to assign it to.

Mind you, it's really easy to forget that those physical buttons are there, especially if you've come from the iphone. your used to tapping on software icons rather than physical buttons.

The menu button is usually the trick to solving whatever your trying to do. Some examples:

Want to load a new page in the internet? menu
Want to change your wallpaper? menu
Want to change the way that the all programs list is displayed? menu

You get the idea. one of the first things I do in a new app is press the menu button & see what options it has.
