How long will it take verizon to process my return?

My inc was rejected and shipped back to the warehouse yesterday. Just wondering. How long will it take for them to process the return and credit my bill? 611 said their warehouses are huge and it can take up to 60 days to return them, but that it could be as soon as a few days. I charged the phone to my bill and they won't credit me for the return until it's processed, so basically if they don't get it and process it in the next week and a half i have to pay for a phone i've already returned

While true, two billing cycles is entirely too long for a refund. They don't wait two billing cycles to bill us for services (we actually pay in advance). They don't wait two billing cycles to cash our checks when we pay our bill(does anyone actually mail checks anymore?).

I'd wait one week after it's confirmed via the tracking number that it's been received to call CS to get the status of the refund. Escalate to a supervisor if you don't get a satisfactory answer. If your still not satisfied write a firm but polite and respectful email to them via planetfeedback.com. The letter will be sent to Executive Relations and someone that has the ability to solve the problem will contact you.
