Fixed light leaking and screen separation with krazy glue

I finally decided to do it. I had an idea to use the corner of a sheet of paper dabbed in krazy glue to slide up and down the sides and bottom of my phone while holding the screen down for a while. Surprised, it worked like a champ, and any excess glue that got anywhere on the phone was easily removed with acetone. Unless you have very sturdy hands, I would not advise this.

I dont understand why anyone who JUST bought a brand NEW phone would resort to using crazy glue and acetone to fix a loose screen. Your phone is under warranty, TAKE IT BACK AND EXCHANGE IT. I'm getting annoyed by all these people who make others feel guilty for taking their NEW phones back for cosmetic defects. I paid good money for my phone, and it has to last me at least two years, so I want a phone that works perfectly and looks perfect.

Maybe some people are willing to accept the trade off that it's much easier to fix a problem like light leak with a simple fix then returning it only to get another phone with the same leak and possibly other isues.

It really doesn't seem that the TS was making anyone feel guilty about anything until your accusation. I understand that you should get what you pay for, but remember we are all early adopters with the Evo and quality issues are to be expected. Good luck with your search for perfection, you'll only end up dissapointed in the end.
