Wow that is sooo funny. I just did the same shit. My sticker on my battery is still white but my phone turned back on though. It's acting funny though. It randomly sleeps and wakes up and it answers calls automatically without me hitting the answer button.

I've never gotten my phone wet and the sticker on the battery is white.

You didn't go for the insurance either, huh?

My LG flip took a 5 minute swim in the pool with me last year before I remembered it was in my pocket. I completely dismantled it and dried it out and waited a full day just in case there was any residual moisture, and aside from a hazy look to the exterior screen that went away over the course of a month or so it worked fine.

Oh, the wet battery indicator turned completely red, but I never had battery issues after (Until the charger went defective and killed the phone itself. Hell, the battery might still be fine).

Did they hard reset your phone once you got it working or as soon as it turned on you took it like that. I would recommend a hard reset. It starts it all over again. If your not running the 2.1 yet and plan on doing it, forget about hard resetting it now, your gonna have to do it anyway when you do that. Good luck.

AH my phone does that too! i just got back from the sprint store and somehow it turned on when they plugged it in the charger, its working but i can tell theres something a bit off bc it lags a lot and the typing is sort of messed up too
they said to go get the update, said it would help... not sure if you already did though

Yea I already have the update. Now I found out that my answer call button does not work anymore for some reason. My end and my middle button works though. I'm wondering if I should do a hard reset to fix it. I dread doing one becaused I don't want to reload my damn apps again.

gotta give it a day or so in the rice to dry out. then when you give it a try if it still doesn't work you're basically boned.
