Help Battery update can't get here soon enough

I pulled my Droid X of the charger at 6am this morning. Didn't use it hardly at all (went hiking) and by 11am it was at 20%. I was upset because I had gotten 12 hours out of it the 1st day with heavy use.

I set the battery to Saver mode to see if it would help. About noon I looked at my battery and it was at 50%? WTF

Not only is the battery reporting only going in 10% increments, but it's fluctuating up and down too.

Anybody else experience this?

I hope the update this week solves these problems!

Yea this is happening to me constantly. I have found that if you pull out the battery and put it back in it will give you the actual battery charge again before it starts dropping. I was at 40% and did this and it jumped back up to 60% when I put the battery back in.
